My name is Brian McCall and I am a senior at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. This semester I am involved in a project aimed at reforming our federal prison rehabilitation system. This project is part of a university sponsored course called the Collaborative Leadership Course. The mission was given to our group by the Federal Bureau of Prisons in an attempt to construct innovative rehabilitation strategies.

Through this project, we are gathering individuals that are knowledgeable on the topic to discuss via the internet to create new and innovative ideas for prison rehabilitation. I believe that our goals are right in line with FedCURE's, and participation by your members would be great! If you decide to become a part of this, many of your ideas and recommendations would become a part of the deliverable that we will send to the Federal Bureau of Prisons in May of this year.

I hope that I have interested you in becoming a part of this rehabilitation project - you can put in as little or as much time as you want. Just one email a week would make a huge difference!. Our Yahoo! Group name is uwrehab, or you can visit our web site at http://usprisons.opencl.org/. Here you will be able to learn more about our mission and exactly how you can become involved. Any time or energy which you could spend with us would be greatly appreciated and would play a large role in the success of this project. Feel free to contact me at (608) 213-7111 or at this email if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your time.
